Yogurt is a superfood for gut health, strong bones, and even weight loss.

1 quart of milk (any fat content including non-fat)
Yogurt with active cultures for a starter (see video)
Quick read thermometer or candy thermometer
Hot pot/ electric pressure cooker or slow cooker with a yogurt setting OR oven with a bread proofing setting, OR large, insulated bottle/jug (like a thermos).
